My Review
I loved Patricia Briggs Mercy Thompson series and so I gave this series a go, and I'm glad I did. If you love your books filled with mystery, romance, and tons of action, then this series is a must-read.

Anna was a normal girl leading a normal life until the day a werewolf attacked her. Since being turned against her will, Anna has lived in complete misery: being used, abused and at the bottom of the pack. This all changes the day she meets Charles, one of the most powerful wolves in the country. He is instantly drawn to her, not only as his mate, but because he recognizes her to be an Omega - a rare type of wolf that is able to soothe and calm others thus keeping violence in check, while living beyond the rules of dominant / submissive order that the others must follow.

I love the complexity of Anna's character. She is strong, but feels weak; is smart, yet is ignorant to the ways of her new life. Charles is awesome. It is nice to see the change in him from big bad wolf to loving and protective mate. Patricia Briggs is an amazing writer, and this series proves it. You will be instantly drawn into their world, cheering for Anna and Charles, while loving the action and mystery surrounding them.

This book is rated 4 1/2 Fangs:

If you love the Mercy Thompson series, please go out and get this series. You will not be disappointed.
